Specialty Shape Rubber Die Ejection Materials

Groovy G'rilla slot ejection materialGroovy G'rilla
Typically Green G'rilla™ is used in this shape however any slot ejection material can be cut in this shape. This is the absolute best shape to use for slot ejection. The accordian shape allows for rubber expansion during compression so that the rule is not bent. It also allows for rapid ejection and shape helps keep the rubber vertical so that it does not get cut off by the rule. Groovy G'rilla should always be used in place of gum rubber.

All of these shapes have been designed to make the proper application of rubber to a die easier and faster for you. The shapes will automatically create enough space between the body of the strip and the rule to make sure the proper ejection action can occur during a run. Whatever your preference, we have the shape.
